The Freedom Economy Business Association (“FE,” “we,” or “us”) provides its website Freedom Economy located at www.freedomeconomy.org (together with all other websites, mobile applications and services operated by or on behalf of FE, the “Website”) and its forum located at https://freedom-economy-legal-resource-network.mn.co/ the (“Forum”) to you, an individual user (a “User” or “you”) for your individual usage, subject to compliance with the TOC (as defined below) and all applicable laws, codes, statutes, regulations, ordinances, administrative or judicial precedents, guidelines, professional standards or orders of any governmental authority or professional organization having jurisdiction or authority over a User (“Applicable Law”).
User Conduct
By accessing the Website and/or the Forum, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use and the guidelines presented here and elsewhere on the Website and/or the Forum (collectively, the “TOC”). You understand and agree that FE, under certain circumstances and without prior notice to you, may suspend or terminate (i) your ability to access or use the Website and/or the Forum and/or (ii) your membership in FE. The cause for any such suspension or termination shall include, but not be limited to, violations (including alleged or potential violations) of (i) the TOC; (ii) Applicable Law; and (iii) any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

FE is a 501(c)(6) membership organization that is organized and operated to improve business conditions in the field of justice and sustainability investing, with a particular focus on protecting diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) and environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) initiatives1.
FE is not a financial institution, broker-dealer, investor adviser, or registered financial professional or expert. The materials, data, and information (the “Content”) provided by FE on the Website and/or the Forum are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are provided solely on the basis that the Content will not constitute investment advice or form a primary basis for the investment decisions of any person or entity.
Neither the FE Website nor the FE Forum provide tax, legal, accounting, insurance or investment advice. NEITHER FE NOR ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AUTHORIZED AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE WEBSITE, THE FORUM AND/OR ANY CONTENT OR OPINION CONTAINED THEREIN. The Freedom Economy Business Association (“FE”) is committed to full compliance with all United States federal and state antitrust laws and other similar laws in any foreign jurisdiction. Neither the Website nor the Forum shall be used to facilitate any discussions, information exchanges, or agreements that would violate United States antitrust laws. Any member of FE or User who violates this policy is subject to termination of their FE membership and/or suspension of their ability to access or use the Website and/or the Forum.
